Mr. Hamid is one of the veterans and has occupied key positions playing vital role in the corporate world, within and outside Pakistan. He has contributed significantly to several not for profit organizations and is an internationally experienced business consultant covering a broad range of industries, including Consumer Products, Media, Fashion, Entertainment, Education Schools and Health. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IBA Karachi and is an alumnus of Columbia University, New York, USA and Harvard Business School, Boston, USA from where he graduated from the Advance Management Program in 2001.
Serving for 24 years, he occupied many senior executive and Board, positions with Unilever in Pakistan, Australia, and Indonesia and was Chairman and CEO of Unilever HPC, China. He was responsible for shaping Joint Venture structure in China and was a member of Unilever’s elite Global Category Strategy Board. Concurrently, he headed Unilever’s South-east Asia and Australasia’s Innovation Centre and was later SVP of the China Business Group.
He is a founder member/Director of a not for profit organization, Job Start, in Toronto, Canada, Punjab Veterans Cricket Association (PUVCA) and Active for Life, dedicated to bringing social change through Sports amongst the youth of Pakistan, He is also a founder member of Cancer Education and Research Foundation (CERF) in Toronto, Canada and has served on the boards of many companies like Engro Foods, Shaukat Khannum Hospital, etc.
He has been one of the Global Mentors for Harvard Business School’s MBA programme and has deep interest and expertise in Organizational Change, having developed Culture, People and Processes that are suitable and conducive for high growth companies. Long Term Strategy development has earned him the recognition of being a key driver of much needed change in many small and large Pakistani companies. Supporting his keenness to further the cause of women generally and professionals particularly, he has actively helped and guided many, women-run companies in a pro-bono capacity.

22 years with Unilever and 7 at Lafarge, Rizwan has a track record of turning around businesses under pressure. He has rich experience of Marketing, Sales and Business Management across a large number of product categories. He was instrumental in turning around power brands like Surf and Lipton and is responsible for creating much remembered advertising campaigns for these brands and others. He led the team that pioneered “Lux Style Awards” in Pakistan.
As Deputy CEO of Al Shaheer Foods, he is currently managing the first branded meat business in Pakistan (Meat One and Khaas). Under his leadership, the Company is on the verge of a major expansion into the branded RTC Food sector, a project Rizwan is very passionate about.

Sadia began her career at JWT as an art director. A postgraduate in Global Media and Post national Communications, a chevening and full bright scholar, she is clearly a pioneering force in the industry. Sadia believes that she “fuses creative leadership with a strategic outlook” which she has brought to household names such as Olpers, Kraft, HBL, Sunsilk, Cadbury, Coca Cola, Knorr, EBM and Telenor.
She is also a visiting/ adjunct faculty at IVS – The art school she graduated from and at IBA, Business school in Karachi.

Syed Shahzad Shah is a seasoned marketer with over two decades of experience in various industry verticals ranging from advertising to banking and telecom. Initially he started his career from sales and then moved to advertising industry. Working with JWT and Fourays amongst others, Shahzad was instrumental not only in building brand portfolios but also adding value to the various clients’ businesses in key industries like FMCG, Insurance, financial and oil marketing.
Shahzad also held key leadership positions, as Head of Marketing in ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and Head of Communications at Faysal Bank. With ABN AMRO, he re-launched the brand in Pakistan. He was also part of the team to launch Islamic Banking in Pakistan, as well as part of the Asia Pacific ABN AMRO team which launched the Islamic banking guidelines for Indonesia.
Using sports to his credit with AMN AMRO T-20 cricket, he undertook the biggest brand building initiative which has provided the base for the current Pakistan Super League. He also launched RBS Brand in Pakistan using the same platform. He was also part of the Asia marketing structure to implement marketing guidelines in the Asia Pacific region.
At PTCL, Shahzad has managed to turn around the brand through successful marketing strategies in a short span of time. As a result, PTCL has been declared the ‘Fastest Growing Brand in Pakistan’ for 2018 by the UK based brand evaluation authority – Brand Finance.
Sometimes controversial, sometimes irreverent, in the architecture of advertising, and amongst the monoliths, there is a small agency who has stuck itself in like a keystone; Nagina Faruque is its Creative Director. Nagina has created campaigns for both the national and multinational, and won awards both national and international.

Sarwar khan has been associated with the media industry for almost two decades now. He started his career in Lahore with Lowe as a media planner and then later on joined Mindshare and moved to Karachi. Usman Muneer is the Managing Director, at Mondelēz Pakistan, maker of some of the world’s most iconic food and beverage brands, including Tang, Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, Trident Chewing Gum and Oreo biscuits. As Managing Director, Usman is primarily responsible for overseeing the Mondelēz Pakistan’s operations including two manufacturing sites, around 300+ employees and distribution spread across country.
He has over 12 years’ experience in managing consumer businesses across several international markets, including the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan. After graduating in Pakistan, Usman joined Procter & Gamble, where he spent his first five years managing iconic Shampoo brands in Pakistan like Head & Shoulders.
He then moved to Dubai where he managed P&G’s Personal Care portfolio for two and a half years for the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan region. Following that, he moved to Johannesburg where he managed Pampers for sub – Saharan Africa that included markets like South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria and was responsible for creating an Africa expansion plan for Pampers.

Memosh Khawaja joined Haleeb Foods Limited as the CEO in September 2017. He is an international business leader with 23 years’ experience of creating superior value with top global corporations like Unilever and Henkel. He has worked at local, regional and global levels in Asian, MENA and European markets in home & personal care consumer goods and industrial sectors.
Based out of its headquarters in Germany, he led Henkel Laundry and Home Care Division’s global financial steering of worth €5 billion. He was the managing director of Henkel GCC Region where he successfully transformed the organization from its loss making status to doubling the business and beating global profitability standard. He created sustainability, innovation and talent leadership for Henkel in MENA and has won several internal and external awards.

Haseeb has a rich marketing experience spanning over 19 years with Unilever and Nestle working on various iconic brands like Kit Kat, Hellmann’s, Colman’s, Bertolli, I can’t believe it’s not Butter, Lifebuoy and Lipton Yellow Label. He has been credited for building effective turnaround strategies based on marketing excellence, innovation and digital acceleration.
Starting his career with Unilever Pakistan, Haseeb worked in Sales before moving to Marketing where he was part of the turnaround team on Lipton. Promoted to lead Lifebuoy, he worked with the regional team to launch a very successful activation campaign which was replicated in several other markets. His next assignment was with Unilever at their global headquarters in London where he worked to drive a step change in marketing excellence through a transformational project on building marketing capability. Haseeb then moved on to the Unilever UK business in Foods where he won the category marketing excellence award for driving growth. During this stint, Haseeb was also chosen in the highly regarded Marketing Academy U.K scholarship program, which is known for picking marketers of outstanding capability and potential.
From here, Haseeb was offered a role by Nestle UK to head marketing for the chocolate biscuits business where he was responsible for launching transformational innovation and digital acceleration. Haseeb has worked closely with Google, Facebook, Twitter, & Snapchat to change the way brands speak with audiences.
He has received recognition for excellence in marketing by winning a Cannes Award besides being listed in the Top 100 marketers of the U.K. by Campaign magazine board.

With a degree in literature and philosophy and a kick start in journalism and production, Rashna Abdi leads the creative communication of accounts like Pepsi, Jazz, Tapal, Toyota, Continental Biscuits, Dalda Foods, National Foods and Procter & Gamble to name a few.
As Chief Creative Officer of the country’s premier ad agency IAL Saatchi & Saatchi she heads a team of 150 awesome creative’s across three cities of Pakistan. She has worked on high-scoring, business-building campaigns for Pakistan’s biggest brands, some of which have crossed geographical boundaries into the Middle East and Africa. But she is especially proud of her ability to change a tire.
Rashna also co-wrote the hit film Ho Mann Jahan, a youth-centric coming of age story and is currently learning Persian to supplement her French, English and Urdu. Ever the optimist, she putters away on the golf course, despite a lousy handicap and some questionable divots.

With undiminishing energy, passion and enthusiasm, Waheed Bhatti is keeping the skill alive to grasp the bigger picture and quickly bring the most complex situations down to a single issue, clearly define the vision and the mission, make sure both are internalized and get the best team together that turns the situation around.
He has been based in Pakistan, Germany, The Middle East, The Netherlands, Indonesia, Singapore and back to The Netherlands, managing a range of global brands worldwide from the USA to Australia. They include Unilever, Philips, Nestle, Kellogg’s, Colgate Palmolive, Emirates, etc.
Other than unifying and centralizing several global brands, he has successfully built the agency networks in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and got Indonesian operations out of severe crisis.

He has been a “senior expert at PUM Netherlands advising in setting up a Digital company in Indonesia and an Organic Food business in Macedonia.

Aly Mustansir began his professional life with Unilever. He spent a significant part of his career with the company in Pakistan and abroad, and was responsible for major assignments including launch of Wall’s Ice Cream in Pakistan, turnaround of the Sri Lankan ice cream business, and re-launch of the 50-year old Lifebuoy brand. In 2006, Aly joined HBL (Habib Bank Limited) as Head of Marketing & Brand Management where he re-launched the brand with a new positioning and corporate identity, and centralized Marketing for all businesses of the bank across the globe. During his tenure, HBL was awarded the “Buzziest Brand” in the financial industry. In June 2013, Aly joined the Abu Dhabi Group in Pakistan as the Chief Marketing Officer of Bank Alfalah. He re-launched the Alfalah brand and restructured the marketing process and organization. In 2017, Bank Alfalah received a Super brand nomination as well as other marketing awards including a PAS Award for Best Financial Services Campaign.
Aly advises and guides companies on developing and building brands for business growth, optimizing marketing infrastructure and budgets, and using media effectively and efficiently. He also trains marketing teams on developing strong and insightful communication. Aly has served two terms as Chairman of the Pakistan Advertisers Society. The PAS Awards were launched during his first tenure. Fuad joined Asian Food Industries (AFI) in Feb’17 as COO after spending 5 years in UAE. AFI manufactures and markets a range of Confectionary and Biscuits under the brand name of Mayfair in Pakistan. Fuad completed his MBA from Krannert Graduate School of Management in Purdue University, USA and started his career with Unilever Pakistan. Saima is a veteran researcher and marketing strategy expert. Her career spans across 25 years and stints with major MNC and Local Organizations on the client and agency side.
Academically a Psychologist and a mother of three, (a girl and two boys) she managed her home and career simultaneously.
She played a pivotal role in developing and propagating qualitative research in Pakistan, turning it into a viable research method. However she did not limit herself to this only and broadened her horizon, and was one of the pioneers in introducing Millward Brown Products to Pakistan, particularly, brand health Tracking and Link Tests.

Dr Ehsan ul Haque is Professor of Marketing at the Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan. He has contributed several cases and articles to regional and international books and journals. In 2010, Dr. Haque co-authored Principles of Marketing: A South Asian Perspective with Philip Kotler, Gary Armstrong and Prafulla Agnihotri. This book has become a standard undergraduate marketing text in the South Asian countries. Dr. Haque has played a founding role in the establishment of two important institutions in Pakistan—LUMS and the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA). At LUMS, he has served in a variety of administrative positions over the last thirty years, ending his administrative stint after serving as the Dean of the Business School. At SMEDA, he was the founding chief operating officer of this federal government agency.
